Staff briefing
Some network problems aren't about the equipment at all: nobody ever explained the basic rules to staff.
The specialist runs a short briefing: which network to use for work devices versus a personal phone, why you shouldn't plug an unfamiliar USB drive or a router from home into the work network, and who to call if something stops working.
It's not technical training or a lecture: fifteen minutes is usually enough for staff to understand the difference between the guest and work networks and know what to do if something breaks before the specialist arrives.
At a beauty salon, the receptionist would occasionally plug a phone into the router's USB port to charge it, which made the router restart at random. After a short explanation, the problem disappeared, without replacing a single piece of equipment.
Sometimes the cheapest fix is just a conversation, not a new router.
