Backup internet
If a venue has just one line from the provider, an outage on that line stops everything: from the Wi-Fi to the register.
The specialist sets up a backup 4G router that switches the network to mobile internet automatically the moment the main line drops. Customers and the register usually don't even notice the switch happen.
